Glass City Stagers - Staging & Consultation

Getting ready to hit the market? Have no fear, Sharon is here to assist you! No matter if your rooms just need a little TLC or you need an entire furnished space, she has all the options. Below are her current packages and offerings. She does prefer to schedule appointments and give quotes through email, click the contact button to learn more at the bottom of the page.

• Home Listing Consultation - Glass City will come to your listing for a 90-minute in-home consultation. With that consultation, we would include suggestions/advice as we walk through home; provide written notes to seller and any paint color recommendations. Package $150 ($25/ Per Additional Hour • Outside of 30 mile radius from Toledo a mileage charge will apply.)

• Home Staging Consultation - Need furniture to fill an empty room? Not a problem. This all-inclusive package varies, depending on size of rooms, home; and will be an individual quote. After the decision has been made to move forward with home staging a vacant property, we enter into a contract with the seller and work directly with them. We will keep in close contact with the Realtor throughout the entire process as well. Packages start at $1,500 and range in cost, $50 Consultation Fee ($50 Consultation Fee due the Day of Walkthrough. If Client decides to proceed with staging, it will roll into contract fees.)

Above Grace - Staging & Consultation

Sometimes it can be hard to imagine an empty space as a happy thriving home. With the help of local interior designer it does not have to be! Whether you just need a quick consultation or a full buying list or staged space, Asia and her team are here to help!

• Staging Consultation - This package offers 90 minutes of consultative advice for the sellers.  It is ideal for individuals who are “DIY” savvy and simply need suggestions from an expert before they kick-off their selling campaign.  The package includes a 90-minute consultation and walk through of the home. In each space an Above Grace representative will verbally share key takeaways and suggestions with the listing agent and/or seller(s). Following the service an Above Grace representative will email informal notes concerning further suggestions to the listing agent and seller(s). Package $150

• Complete Staging Services - This package get the interior of the home prepared for the first showing. The service includes the interior rearranging offered in the Staging Consultation but also includes suggestions for exterior curb appeal. An Above Grace representative will also contact contractors as needed for painting service, lawn care, filling nail holes, hole patching and other light maintenance issues. (Contractor fees vary and are not included in the package price) Starting Price $400

• Furniture & Accessory Rental - (This service is available for non-occupied homes) Pricing Varies

• Full Service Design - If you are looking for a full Remodel of your home or just want to create a room others would be jealous of, we can help! With our full service package, we will manage your whole project. Through our ten step design process we will work with you to create a timeless and beautiful home while assuring the highest standard of excellence. (This services may include: floor/space plans, 3D rendering, custom furniture and window treatments) .

• Interior Styling / Room Makeover - Does your space just need a small refresh? This service is perfect for those who want to keep their existing furniture but need an update on accessories and paint options. Starting Price $500
