Matterport technology is being used across many different fields, real estate and virtual tours just happen to go hand in hand. Immerse yourself in a property, using mobile or desktop technologies. VR Headset collecting dust? Not anymore. These tours are also available for VR. You can view a 3D Model, floor plans, and exterior views of each scanned property. Users can take an animated tour, control their experience, even measure walls and windows. The possibilities are endless.

About Our Process

It is important to us that you get the most value possible from your work with Design House. Our packages include a variety of things. No matter what package you choose, you will receive:

• Confirmation of Appointment with a guide to prepare your home for Matterport

• Interior 3D Virtual Tour

• Exterior 360 Degree Scans, (Placed on the Map for easy access)

• Dollhouse View

• Two Panoramic 360 Degree Photos, formatted for Facebook ( 1 interior, 1 exterior)

• 2 Videos to showcase on Social Media

• A Branded and Unbranded Link to your tour

• A Minimum of 25 high res photos taken in post production (at least one photo of every room)

• Traditional Highlight Reel, featuring key areas of your home

* All basements will be scanned unless otherwise stated. Please include basement in the total SQ FT if you wish to have it scanned. For every 1,000 sq ft, we estimate one hour of scanning time.
