1-2 hours time in the house actually doing the process. Setup and staging should be done prior to arrival. The link will be given to you within 1-2 business days. Square footage is based off of MLS listing. Rooms can not be left out. There is a $25 rescheduling fee or a $50 cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice.
