How to Link Your Social Media Accounts in Canva Pro

As you begin using your Render account you will notice you have access to the premium Canva Pro features. Each Render plan comes with a complimentary Canva Pro account. For more information about other paid features, please keep looking through our Canva tutorials. For today, we will be focusing on how to link your social media accounts with your Canva.

Why Should I link my Social Accounts?

Currently, Canva has partnerships with 8 major social media platforms and is able to post to them in some capacity. Linking your social media accounts allows you to easily schedule, organize, view, and see insights for multiple accounts, all in one place. No longer will you have to bounce back and forth between phones, browsers, and your laptops to take stock of your social media and it's performance. Housing all your accounts in one place will cut down on the time and hassle it often creates when trying to stay active and consistent as a real estate agent in a digital sphere.

Facebook & Instagram Personal Pages

You cannot post to personal Facebook Accounts due to privacy settings, only business accounts. You can easily share from your business facebook page to your personal page by toggling to your personal account in the top right hand corner of your business page on desktop and selecting share to newsfeed on your desired post.

You can use a QR code to post content you have created in your desktop Canva to your personal page on Instagram. You will scan the QR code with your mobile device and follow the steps. This will not allow you to schedule in advance or view analytics. We do recommend that if you are going to be running Instagram with Render, that you create or convert to a Business profile for those reasons.
